All I can say is just wow!! …I got into my first accident ever over the holidays and was completely clueless on how the process works. When I called, Russell explained what would happen and told me what information to give the adjuster in order for them to reach him. He kept me updated through the whole process better than the adjusters. Unfortunately my car was totaled but I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family.
